Privacy Policy
ProductBrain is building toward a full production privacy policy. This page explains the current handling model for account data, uploaded PRD content, and product analytics while the formal legal copy is finalized.
Account data
We store basic account details needed to authenticate users, manage access, and support paid product usage. This includes information such as email address, authentication identifiers, and plan/session state.
PRD and company input
Information you submit for product analysis, including PRD text, company URL, categories, and run metadata, is used to generate your ProductBrain outputs and improve product reliability.
SignalMax integration
ProductBrain retrieves market intelligence from SignalMax to power scoring, evidence, and market context. ProductBrain does not directly expose internal SignalMax infrastructure or non-product data.
Operational analytics
We may collect product usage telemetry, error diagnostics, and security logs to operate the service, debug issues, and improve performance.
